Procedures Followed

  • Open the file and pay 50% of the agency fees.
  • Choose the major and the corresponding preparatory program.
  • Submit applications.
  • Personal interview through an online Zoom meeting (usually within a week after contacts are redirected to us, depending on the students’ schedule).
  • Contract signing and full fee transfer.
  • Obtain acceptance from the language preparation institute and the preparatory courses for the university admission exam.
  • Complete the final 50% payment of agency fees.
  • Provide multiple housing options in Spain and arrange necessary contracts.
  • Assist in preparing the visa application file from the Spanish Embassy.
  • Reception at the arrival airport and immediate or temporary accommodation.
  • Academic registration upon students’ arrival in Spain.
  • Health insurance to cover medical expenses during the study period in Spain.
  • Adaptation and settling into the new life, taking advantage of available cultural and social opportunities.

Bank Account

 

  • As part of the requirements for obtaining a study visa in Spain, students are required to demonstrate their ability to cover living costs during their study period. Therefore, students must provide proof of sufficient funds through a personal bank account or an account belonging to one of their parents.
  • It is essential for the student to open a bank account in Spain with a specified amount upon their arrival in Spain and upon obtaining their student card

Preparatory Program Fees

  • Preparatory program in Madrid for students with no proficiency in Spanish = 7990 euros.
  • Preparatory program in Malaga for students with no proficiency in Spanish = 6900 euros.

** One-time registration fee of 70 euros.

University Education in Spanish

  • Public Universities: Semi-free tuition ranging from 1500 to 2000 euros annually.
  • Private Universities: Tuition fees vary based on the specialization and the university’s assessment
